Shipping/Returns

Shipping

All of our products offered are Made-To-Order and require 3-5 business days for production. 
Pre-orders are processed within 1-2 weeks.
If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, processing time will not begin until the following business day. We only process orders Monday-Friday, weekends are our "days off" and spent with family. 
Our products ship from the U.S via USPS and arrive within 5-7 business days after production is complete. 
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer faster shipping, so please be mindful when ordering. 
Please note that changes to address cannot be made after checkout. Once an item has been ordered we cannot make changes.
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items during transit. You will need to contact your local post office for missing package.
Customers are responsible for taxes and carrier fees.
At this time we are only shipping to customers in the United States. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience. 
 
 

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds at this time.
All sales made are considered FINAL
Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that ordered items are correct and suitable prior to placement of your purchase. 
Damages to merchandise while in transit or manufacturing defects are rare but can happen. If this is the case, please take a picture of the damaged product and e-mail it to cashandoak@gmail.com within 48 hours of it arriving.
We will gladly replace it immediately.
